You aren't spending $10 of your own money. You use the $10 promotional gift certificate you got to buy the item. Thus it's free and you get a $10 gift card to use whenever. The promo certificate expires but the gift card doesn't.

I have one $5 certificate in one account and another in another account. Can I go buy something in store and use both at the same time?
It says on the email theres a barcode to scan in store.
Or can i buy the samsung ring sizing kit for 10 bucks there and get a $10 gift certificate?
