You can. You just need to put your ssn and sole proprietorship as the business type and only you as the employee
Something's wrong with this deal description, says $95 annual fee and immediately after, No annual fee.

I think someone got their wires crossed between Ink Preferred and Ink Unlimited. Which one is the increased SUB actually for?
You don't need to. You can own a business with your ssn as sole proprietorship type. There is nothing faking about it. You can intend to start something and start slow after getting the card as well.

Can you get this card without having a business?

Ya can't just fake up a business. I've already tried this on a similar Chase offer last offer and the app in "pending". Then it asked me to dial to a rep and provide other documentation.

I guess if someone is really desperate ,they can probably photoshop fake license #s and other supporting docs.
No need for EIN, or LLC, etc. For example, in California you can have a fictitious business name under your ssn as a sole proprietor thats registered with your county. Then you can get a business license from your local city, also as a sole proprietor using your ssn. That's it. At end of the year, you can file your taxes off your name and ssn. No need for LLC or EIN. Nothing fake about it. If you don't have that much setup, then you most likely will get rejected if they inquire, because technically your not a registered business.

Better take another look at detail about the annual fee
