You were able to connect to both app simultaneously? Or had to disconnect one to connect the other?
No. Have to disconnect one in order to connect to the other app.

On the darkness app click settings then battery info for full details.
I think found it. It shows design capacity 10200mAh and current capacity 10200mAh

Battery Voltage: 41V
And battery health 100%

Anything else useful here to note?

You guys aren't worried about a seller who's name is "Segway Official Store" and has only 12 feedback, all within the last month? I figure direct from Segway would have a store that's been there for years with hundreds or thousands of feedback. There's another seller named "Drone Superstore by Camrise" that also claims to be Segway Official eBay Store, but has over 25k feedback. https://www.ebay.com/itm/305692479828
I think you're onto something. I just didn't pay enough attention at first. I requested to cancel order but they're not responding and shipped the scooter anyway. F35 will be here Tuesday and G30LP will be here Wednesday, so I guess I'll compare the two before returning anything.

Mine arrived yesterday. I started inspecting it and it looks pretty rough. The worst part was the brake line sheathing was worn away leaving an exposed metal cable. Anyone know if I can return to the store? I vaguely remember someone saying in this thread they tried but couldn't, but that was because they had already started an online return. There's no way I'm risking my safety to save some money.

Edit for typo because phone keyboards suck.

I've definitely had some ebay scammers try things on me. I think a lot depend on buyers not paying attention and forgetting about the item until it's past the dispute period. I heard some scammers have been trying to claim that the buyer shipped back the wrong item. I just think that as long as you're more cautious in certain situations, everything will be fine. I hope there aren't any issues!

Got the scooter today. Other than a small scratch under the light, thing looks "like new". Box came labeled and in very good condition. No extra tire, but everything else was there. Battery came fully charged. New tires. Very happy and seems like pretty lucky to have gotten a scooter that looks pretty much new. Will have to try out the distance tomorrow on campus

Anyone using the m365 tools app, are you showing any charge cycles at all?

Even after testing the scooters out and plugging them in to charge from about 65% to 100%, it still shows zero cycles charged.

Which means it's not showing prior usage either.

Maybe a charge cycle really means 0-100% so another 45-100% charge would register 1 charge cycle?

Here's to hoping.

Did more testing on my good condition one. Realized the tire was pretty much flat so pumped it up and that fixed some of the slow acceleration. Bought a plastic polish on Amazon made the scratches less noticeable on the screen. Was hoping for like new but for under 200 I'll keep it.

Toss in 4oz of slime or flatout is probably a good idea if you're going far

Wanted to update:

Got mine in the mail. Pretty damn beat up/loads of signs of wear, scratches, dirty footmat and handles, etc.

BUT, works perfectly, charges great. Tires in good condition and best of all, Walmart refunded me 60 bucks the day before it was delivered as I guess the price went down and they auto matched.

For 200 bucks I'm v happy.

Ok is it just me not knowing how a scooter works?

The "go" button on the lever doesn't do anything when I press it. It doesn't accelerate. I have to give it a running start / push start and then press the button and it will work. Is that normal?

Edit: hahahah silly me. I read the tutorial and it says. Motor won't engage till 1.86mph

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

I see everyone posting mini reviews of their scooter and i'll do the same with a battery test. I purchased mine on ebay segway store with the 20% off. Total $239.99+ tax and it arrived yesterday.

I waited to post the review because I wanted to test the battery. Fortunately, I have another D series from bestbuy that I owned for a single year with approximately 200 miles with the same size battery so i can have a comparison. The purchased F35 was manufactured on August 2022 and my bestbuy D series was manufactured on May 2022. Both models are very similar except for the brakes Disc vs Drums.

Condition: My F35 arrived in average condition. Not terrible like other users describe theirs but definitely some scruff, dings, and scratches (see photos). Mine did come with a valve extension - no extra tire or tube. Both front and rear tires look like new.

Battery Test: I make this trip regularly to my local shopping center with a Aldi and Costco. The trip consists of a bike lane on hills, regular roads, bridges, and more bike lane roads for approximately 6.5 miles total to and home.
D-Series Starting 81% and Ending 50% - ~31% battery for 6.5 miles
F-Series Starting 74% and Ending 12% - ~62% battery for 6.5 miles*
*Once the battery is 20% it throttles down to eco mode and it goes slow to conserve the battery. At certain points I was going 5 mph, if I was going full speed it would require at least 80% battery for the entire 6.5 miles. I might do this test again at 100% battery to confirm this.

In short, the battery has already degraded more than 2.5x worse than my year old D-series with the same size 10200mah battery similar manufacture time. Segway firmware doesn't allow you to see the condition of your battery, I already researched this and you can find more information on the scooterhacking discord.

Lastly, I will be returning this scooter, the condition is reasonable but battery deterioration is far beyond acceptable, my estimation for the battery capacity is 30-40% capacity.

Edit: I'm going to order another since price drop to $219 on walmart https://slickdeals.net/f/17762868-restored-good-segway-ninebot-f35-electric-scooter-24-9-mile-range-18-6-mph-max-speed-10-inch-tire-adults-refurbished-219-99?p=172905744&comment=success#post172905744 . Crossing my finger for decent battery capacity of at least 80%
