you should never call period. this is how you guarantee an employee either lies to you (claiming it themselves) and/or calling unneeded attention.

This is an old school slickdeal. Too cheap to be true. Could cancel or not cancel. You have the suspense and drama on whether or not it will ship. You hope no one calls the store and ruins the deal for everyone.

I placed an order before this deal even posted because someone had mentioned the iPad deal on a different thread, but I added 8 other grocery items to the order and the shopper decided to shop for the food items first, and when they got to the iPads at the end of their shopping, about an hour later, the iPads were all sold out haha. In the end I still got a good deal on groceries with the $30 coupon.

I have a pending credit on my credit card for $5 more than my successful purchase. I have to think my cancel will be canceled.

I'm in instacart shopper and there were so many ordered for these iPads in the afternoon. The Costco had none in stock and it was a pain to get a hold of customer service to manually remove the order. Even if you refund a single item, it doesn't let you close the order. What a mess.

BTW, my order was canceled as well.

Anyone was able to get this delivered in the Seattle eastside area? The item was removed from Same Day and Instacart site shortly after 10am PDT, so wasn't able to order at all. Warehouses had a hold to prevent a sale of the item in store. Was wondering if anyone had any luck when ordering earlier. Thanks
