My local Lowe's had a stack of Irwin 16-oz smooth face hammers on clearance for $2.52. They also had Irwin 14" crowbars for $2.52. This is highly YMMV! The link is for reference only.

It's a in-store clearance. Very YMMV. My Lowe's has a clearance section and there was a pallet full of hammers and crowbars.

My local store had many clearance items on a folding table with brands like metabo, kobalt items. The associate in that department told me they're switching to new packaging and need to make shelf space.

Just to let you know, when an item goes on clearance at the store, Brickseek can no longer can see that inventory. This has been the case for both stores for well over a year. So you will see out of stock.
