You shouldn't need clarifier if your chemicals are in line.
You only really need stabilizer at the beginning and maybe middle of the season if you need to bump it up during peak season/sun. It does not evaporate with water so never really leaves or reduces. It does very very slowly break down as well as leaves the pool when people splash etc. but usually not enough to consistently have to add - not really a chemical to stock up on.
^this is the best answer. Stay away from facebook groups for the love of god. You don't need algaecide, clarifiers, green to blues or other magical chemicals. If you follow the above site, there is no need to "Shock" your pool weekly or any of the other crap those groups constantly recommend.
Depending on type of pool (fiberglass, liner, plaster etc) you may need to watch a few other chemicals, but the recommended test kit at TFP will take care of that. Join TFP and ask questions there, never on facebook!
All that said, there shouldn't be much to "stock up" on and I would pour over that site before buying large quantities of anything.
Few extra notes -
Pool stores don't always calibrate their equipment so their tests might not always be as accurate as a good test kit(not the strips).
Pools stores want to make money and most customers want fast results - this is the circle of life of getting "pool stored". Products with "magic" results will usually cause other problems so you'll be back to the store for more quick results and the store is happy to make more money. TFP will keep you sticking to basics and your wallet happy - don't over think and have a little patience sometimes.
Maintaining the pool is a lot easier than fighting it, so keep up on testing, mostly just PH and Chlorine once everything else is good.
I just went another season following TFP and aside from liquid chlorine and muriatic acid, we didn't really add anything else once the pool was open. You could clearly see Roosevelts ass on the back of a dime at the bottom of the deep end all season.

**Also you will not need this stabilizer (cyanuric acid) in the winter depending on where live of course. If you live somewhere cold during winter switch to chlorine tablets and you can turn the chlorinator off.
