Looks like it was a price mistake, where the 4 piece (15 bucks) was listed at the price of the single (7.22). It has been corrected now.

The deal is still active as of a moment ago. See the alternate buyers on the the right and choose Amazon Prime there. This deal is posted regularly with the same issue.

Harbor Freight also has a small pick set for $2 for those who live near one. I don't always like Harbor Freight tools when it comes to heavy use, but they're not bad for little things like this that usually only see gentle use.
