Just FYI, bullseye deals is the Target returns eBay store. I've purchased 4 items from them via Slickdeals and all 4 have come in used condition. Not refurbed, but dirty and 2 were nonfunctional. They were quick to refund, but 50 percent success isn't worth wasting my time on. Two of the purchase were children's toys and 2 were housewares.

If you look at the sellers deal page you can find a couple of the same car for even cheaper. I got the red car for $11.50
