Hmm it's not the brushless version. What do you use 18 gauge brad nailer for anyway, making bird houses?
Trim. I try to get away with the smallest puncture. Larger gauge for crown but 18 is plenty strong when double cross shot like \ / ; many times its not even necessary, the brad is long enough to hit studs.

I just built my kid a loft bed. Decided to buy some cheap laminate flooring to wrap the bed in, interior walls and underside. I have a similar nail gun and it was perfect for that. I've also used it for trim my my HT.
As with the Dewalt multitool+battery deal from a few weeks ago, you do not actually have to wait to receive the battery in the mail. You can 'manage' your order 10-15 minutes after placing it and it'll provide you with a way to remove the battery and give you back its prorated value.
This will leave you with the nailer and jigsaw for $99.

If you can only get one nailer a brad nailer is the best to get. It is very versatile, I'm going to be attaching shoe molding soon, ideally I'd be using a pin nailer for that but I'll be using my brad nailer instead. There will be visible holes but I'll just putty them up.
However, I'm not sure I'd get this and wait for the brushless to go back on sale. It was $160 with a battery kit included for free (hackable but I kept both)

If I do the brad nailer and crown stapler, the price after return of battery is $137. What did I do wrong?
Edit: Nothing - $99 is only for the first listed combo by the op. The others cost more.
Not sure if this combo is worth it. The brad nailer and jig saw for $99 - say the jig is worth $30, then the brad nailer is $70.
Then for $137 for brad nailer and crown, the crown is $137 - $70 = $67. That is about the regular price of the crown stapler ($79), so you are paying almost regular price for the crown stapler.
Passing on this since I dont need another jig saw. BTW, the jig saw (not the brushless model) is just for light work. My corded jig saw is so much better...

I think both of these tools nailer and jig saw have had bad reviews in the past. I don't own either but have read terrible things about both
I have both of these and both have served me well. I will admit that I don't use either often. That's why I went with Ryobi - the price seemed good for tools that I don't use a ton and potentially don't need top end durability. Just my experience.
