These are really cheap and thin lightweight throws that are not very warm. And that makes them awesome. I keep some of these in my car for when my kids argue whether the car is too hot or too cold. I also use them as impromptu insulation if buy something that should be kept hot or cold. I've used them in the ground changing a tire on a dirt road. A couple of weeks ago I made an unplanned stop at a local festival and used them to sit on.

Not really. They are super thin and pretty small overall. You'd be better off with some moving blankets from Harbor Freight. The small HF ones are only about $1.50 more than these and the some of the larger ones are less than $10.

There's always someone who is trying to be clever by using the older definition of fleece as a sheep's wool coat, despite the fact that polyester fleece has been the more common definition for about 40 years.
