You shouldn't upgrade just for the sake of it. Phones are depreciating assets. You either keep one till its usable life ends, or find a technique to leapfrog from one gen to next.
Oneplus phones usually have bad TIV for Samsung, so hard to do that. Might be able to get more money by selling online. Still wouldn't touch S24U unless you can name real reasons to buy it.
Camera can still take good looking pictures, apps are snappy, may be low on storage after 4 years of use, still works across all major carrier, sucks that it does not have UWB radios, but I never felt a need for insane speeds. Sucks that Android Auto experience is not like Samsung or pixel but overall, it still feels like a good phone and far better than any budget phone that was launched this past year.
