I like to swap out my SIM card between Android and Apple. eSIM can't do that crap easily. Plus when traveling international, physical SIM cards are easier to manage.

Need me to drop other basic knowledge on you while you try to sound almighty?

Any word on deals for other plans (Magenta Max)?
Nope. Only Go5g plans. Any other plan would be a standard trade so probs around $200

I'm considering upgrading from Magenta Max to Go5G Plus. I would get $800 for each trade in (4 phones) instead of $300-400 each. My bill would go up about $15 a month so seems like a fair deal

I would consider this but there's a huge problem. T-mobile locks the phone from other SIMs (even other International e-Sims) which makes a device on a payment plan useless for international travel.
Purchase via Apple and if you finance through T-Mobile, the device is unlocked from the get go.

On Magenta Plus 5 lines. Moved to G5G plus and only $10/month more total and better trade in values so I would went for it.

Simple choice plan here. Pretty much excluded from all offers. I have managed to get some good deals via Tmo/Best Buy which is no longer an option now. We are better off buying unlocked phones. I've seen folks able to cancel apple care after costco purchase.
TMO is still on Sam's Club. they may have good deals.

My biggest gripe is the lack of self-serve SIM / eSIM swap support through T-Mobile. All of my devices support eSIM but unless it's iPhone to iPhone or swaps between certain Android devices, I have to call into Care every single time.

I will say though, at least for me, as a frequent international traveler, I find eSIM easier to manage.

I wouldn't trust them. Price increase would be $5 per paid line. It would be impossible for only a $5 increase since you are are on a multiline plan.

Ok. So that will be $10 increase not $5.
