This depends if a higher refresh rate and resolution matter to you. Also if you have a preference for Intel or AMD. Both deals are good in my opinion.

Not everyone is planning to upgrade, 16GB is more than enough for most users.

The only concern is with soldered memory is the risk of memory failure, in that case the laptop motherboard will entirely be replaced instead of replacing memory chip.

I went with this Lenovo for larger ssd and lighter weight. It won't need to do any heavy lifting.

These CPUs came out like 6 months apart.

Also the specs are completely different. Screen, GPU, Size, Weight.

Like blur for teams? As far as I know, there are no "microsoft exclusive" features with PCs

They did come out fairly close together, but judging by the time they released is a bad way to compare.
The 155H uses a new CPU and iGPU architecture and node. Which in turn results in the CPU and iGPU being faster AND more efficient.
As pointed out tho, the other specs are different, so they arent apples to apples comparisons on which to get, but the 155H is the far better CPU.

This looks a good deal. The return policy of BH is a bit tricky. Charging for return shipping and all plus restocking fees. Not sure if I should just bite the bullet since spec look great for this price.
