Does my trade in band color have to match exactly? I am not able to find the specific combo I have.

Same way, is there a way to choose different color band instead of the limited options shown?

Well, I got the series 9 for $279 ($295 after taxes) on Prime day, and with the upgrade I basically get to use the 9-series for 2+ month with zero depreciation. And maybe get a free extra band ($50 value) and possibly a 2nd charger. Seems like a great deal to me.

yes exact oem brand. my local store staff is rude and yells at people who don't include all accessories. I avoid them.

thats not the point. No one pays full price on SD. If you can get a cheap refurb or used one, its $100 savings

Mine does the same thing. I guess it'll just vary from store to store, and depends on the person who helps you process the trade-in.

I have a quick question regarding trade-in eligibility. If I have a Series 9 that does not include the oxygen sensor feature, does that mean I'm not eligible for the $300 trade-in credit?
