If you have a local cycle shop, I would encourage you to contact them as the price is likely the same $250 and will probably end up being cheaper because there's no shipping charges ($50). Will also get support from that shop for patronizing them, and supporting a local business.
I believe I paid $268 out the door ($250 + taxes). Daughter and I had an fun picking it up, and she got to check out the cycle shop. Core memories.

A comparable trek comes in over 22lbs (Sproket 1) and the guardian bikes are over 20. Connondale Kids Trail freewheel is almost 21lbs. Even her Riprock 16" was heavier by like 2lbs.
It's actually on the lighter side for a premium kids bike that isn't full carbon lol.

This and the Riprock are great bikes. Carbon road bike comparison really doesn't apply for this when it comes to a kids bike.
