I've only ever bought a handful of USB 3.0 external enclosures from this brand, and 2 out of the 5 failed after using them to move files onto a backup driveāone completely unrecognizable and the other's read/write speed dropped under 5MB/s no matter what I did with it (big files, little files, copy, move, etc). The others continued to work fine so far as I know, but the experience made me cautious about ORICO. If the drive works and performs as it should though, this seems like a solid deal for putting into a PS5.

Be aware, it's a third party seller and the only two reviewers said they actually received the 500 GB version instead. However, the model and part number listed are for the 2 TB. I took a chance and will find out Tuesday when it arrives. Easy return to store if not legit.
