Super strength is misleading, piling on the dosage does not make artificially produced melatonin "stronger". Maybe stronger in the sense that it disrupts your natural circadian rhythm in more brute fashion. Aim for 0.5mg as a supplement, its all your body requires to reap the benefits

Where have you been buying 0.5mg? We've been cutting the 3mg chewables in half.

Even .5mg can be too much for me, meaning I'll wake up feeling groggy. I heard a while back that .3mg is the recommended dose and idk how accurate that is but I swear that works the best for me. I take 1mg tablets and cut them into fourths and some of them into thirds.

I'm a bigger fan of liquid melatonin. 3mg of liquid melatonin is 30 drops, so I take 3 drops or 300mcg. Any more and I feel pretty groggy in the morning.

I brake the 3mg into 4ths and it seems pretty good.. not exactly .5mg but the 3mg are just so prevalent and easy to cut
