No. The issue primarily affected the high end i9 13th and 14th gen and would cause degradation over long periods of heavy use. Anyways, that issue was completely fixed a month ago with a BIOS update and warranties extended from 3 to 5 years, so there is no concern anymore.

Thanks. By heavy used, do you mean a lot of heat buildup? I am assuming the bios is putting in stronger safeguards against overheating?

They've found it also affects the i7, and i5 chips

The 14400 in this computer isn't on the list. Totally different TDP and not impacted by this "popping" issue.

Only thing I don't like is the single stick of memory instead of two, which reduces performance.

It's easier to buy one stick of ram than sell 2 sticks

That's quite an interesting way to look at it. Just because there's a warranty available for a problem doesn't really mean much with computers because then you have to send in the product for warranty service. This means having to go without your PC for a certain amount of time.

As of right now, there seems no good reason to buy Intel anything when AMD chips are just as fast and comparably priced. I could sort of understand if these Intel deals were priced substantially lower than their AMD counter parts.

What list? I was under the assumption that all modern intel chips that run at 65watts and higher are affected. But I don't mind being corrected, pending its with an actual source and not just "trust me bro"

I don't understand: NVIDIA's website shows the 4060 has 1 HDMI and 3 DisplayPort outputs. Why does this Lenovo only have a single HDMI output?

Great question. First I thought that must be a typo on their website, but looking at the picture of the back panel it sure does look that way. However, this specs file clearly says it has the DP outputs;

It's the stock photo without a gpu, the one on sale will have a gpu.
