I would say it's worth $350. I probably wouldn't pay much more for it. I like it over the watches with the color displays as you don't have to charge this much.
Pro tip: There are small adapters on Amazon that go on the end of any USB-C cable and let you charge the watch. Much better than having to find the special cable that comes with it.

I'm wearing Casio PRW-1500T-7V now (which is about the size of this Instinct) and I got used to it. It's totally personal perception, sure. But I don't feel like it's too massive even on my small-ish wrists.

The instincts have always been kinda barebones, if you really wanted a "new" watch you should look at the enduro 3.

$350 is just a lot when I don't go outdoors much (the great outdoors isn't that great here). Then there's my tiny 6-inch wrists....
The down side is sleep monitor is not very accurate.
