It's been lower in the past but if you need it now this is a good value on pans that perform well and will last a lifetime.

Would come out to $390, then with the 15% off coupon SEPTVIP15 the total is $331.50. There are a couple substitutions you could make right now, such as the D3 Everyday 3 QT Saute pan for $100 which is a direct upgrade (nicer handle) over the standard D3 3 QT Saute at $120, and you could swap the D3 2 QT Saucepan for either a D3 3 QT Saucepan or D5 2 QT Saucepan for the same price.
Most of these items are not at their all time lows (I bought the D3 Everyday 3 qt saute pan w/ lid for $15 less last month), so you could PROBABLY pick off pieces one at a time for slightly less than this offer (and I would swap out the 10" fry for a 12" fry if I was only getting one), but this appears to be a very competitive deal.
