Ugh I just bought this open box at my local Best Buy yesterday. Now I have to decide if the $100 drop in the Excellent open-box is worth me returning this one and reconfiguring a "new" open-box purchase.

And to make matters worse, the person who bought the first OB had uninstalled W11 and reinstalled W10 (which wasn't very compatible with the hardware), and I had to go through the trouble of upgrading back with all the device errors, lol.

Not sure why you are being downvoted but, yes 45% NTSC is noticeably bad. Also 1900 x 1200 is NOT 2K resolution, more like 16:10 1080P. 2K usually refers to 1440P. I blame Lenovo for labeling everything as 2K.
