if you have a liquidation warehouse around your area, go get a chair from there. A used steelcase (leap) or herman miller (aeron) is infinitely better in posture and comfort than any 'gaming' office chair.

How's that gaming office chair? Mine broke and looking for a replacement

Even if they ship it to you it'll be cheaper for a much better quality chair.
I have an HM, a steelcase and a HON from them - pandemic buys- I'll never get back to staples or Costco chairs.

Hoping for DNA swabs to verify membership in the new year. And more random crazy food like dried crab shells....

It's getting real when Sam's seems appealing.
I got my membership around 15 years ago when a Costco rep came to my work to sell discounted memberships, so the card they sent me in the mail doesn't have a photo. That was always fine with me, since I hate having my photo taken; I don't have a problem showing them my ID. But my local warehouse stopped checking cards/ID at the self checkouts and warned me last week that when the scanners are installed at the entrance it pulls up your photo, and that they'd send me to customer service to get my photo taken before going back through. It's like Costco is actually trying to lose business.

No, it;s like Costco is trying to maintain a sustainable business model since too many people abused the whole card sharing thing.Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Buy before the rebate expires to get the rebate then go back to Costco and get a price adjustment. If you wait to buy from Costco at the sale price the rebate will have ended already.

Like everything else, "this is why we can't have nice things".

Anyone remember when costco's return policy didn't have limitations on certain things like electronics? You could literally return a 10 year old TV that broke. That's great CS, except a bunch of douche nozzles realized they could use the generous return policy to "upgrade" their TV's - TV works just fine, but "return" it anyway, get *full purchase price* and go buy a new TV. That's great and all, but not in the spirit of the program, so after a couple years of that, *poof* now we have restrictions on "electronics" that prevent ABUSE.

So here we are, requiring visual proof of membership at entry. It first started at SCO. Why? People "sharing" or "borrowing" memberships. Those losers are why Costco had to crack down on entry.

I have both but scan and go at sams is super awesome, and generally a more pleasant experience overall. My costco is so chaotic. And the app leaves a lot to be desired. Only have them because I can walk there and the warranty on stuff like tvs

Their vigilance is kind of off putting
I've been a Costco member for 25 years and while not the biggest Sams fan that scan and go is awesome, but the free curbside pick up and free shipping and delivery (over $50) for plus members is really where my loyalty to Costco gets challenged.

Definitely!
I usually buy the Kirkland one about once a month and the Milton's whenever it's on sale.
The Costco version is a lot bigger than the ones at other grocery stores so if you compare the price per oz the Costco one is a great deal!
I like the Costco version, but wish they had different versions, like meat only.

If the current deals are ending 9/22 does that mean they will end on 9/22 midnight or 9/21 midnight when it turns 9/22?

I bought the Samsonite luggage recently for $200 about 2 months (less 4 days) ago. Will they do a price adjustment with the coupon ?
