It was a great product while it lasted, but it died within a year of buying it. Not sure why, but it just stopped charging one day. People may have different experiences. I'm about to go through their warranty process though. So far they just asked for a video of me trying to charge it in different ports and adapters and the serial number

I ordered two of these for about this price ($21.62 total) back in March '24 from another Slickdeal. They have been rock solid for me but I know this brand is very hit or miss but gets pushed by staff all the time. I passed on another recent deal because of all of the issues people keep reporting across this brand.

FWIW, it is hard to find fault at this price point. They have done what I have needed and haven't failed on me yet. If I get 1.5-2 years out of both before one dies, I'll consider it slick and a no-brainer to purchase at this price. Honestly, at $10, it's harder to justify not grabbing one (if you need it) than it is to justify picking one up for such a low investment

How fast were you charging it? I've had a few of these the last few months and they have been perfect. But I use a 5v 1amp charger to recharge it.

Actually what I did was, since I have like half a dozen different batteries laying around, I ordered some of those magnetic charger kit things. And I connected those to the battery. In fact I've had to hot glue most of them in place because the magnetic charger always pulls the dongle out with it. But it's connected to the little 5v charger and it's been working out good so far.

Bought it for $15 a little over a year ago, still works fine. For $10 this is a great extra charger to just keep in my sling bag when I'm on the go, so I don't have to take out the one in my main travel bag. Really wish it had 25W PPS charging though, I'd pay an extra $3-5 just for that to top off my S23 quicker.

Same. Bought over a year ago and it's my EDC bank now since the ports are more flexible than the similar Anker I use to use. None of my Baseus products have failed though so I can't speak to the customer service. It's disappointing if they are dropping the ball on that side of things.

Every product I buy from this company is great, next Anker imo
You may be right. I bought a 512wh battery pack from them several years ago, and it's been bulletproof with every day use.

Not a fan of this brand. Filed a recall on another model and they are giving me the run around about photo of the serial number (I don't have a microscope) and the receipt (amazon) showing price… I've done my diligence but all they do is deny.
Advice… keep away.
