* Go to "Manage" button at bottom-right of the T-Life app
* Tap the setting gear at top right of the app
* Scroll down to "Preferences" > "Location Access"
* Tap "Update" (takes you to Android app permissions)
* Enable location for "Only while using the app" with precise location on ("ask every time" didn't work)
* Go back to app, now it shows "settings" instead of update
* Swipe to close the T-Life app
* Re-open T-Life app
* Tap "see all your perks" or "Status" button
* Pull down to refresh
* It finally showed up
* Claimed it and turned location permission back off, and it still shows in the app
