I bought one. It is indeed touch and FHD. Uses a smaller SSD (not 2280). Tried to upgrade RAM with sticks from older laptops but would only take my 4GB stick and not my 16GB.

Going to return it because it has a coil whine problem. It makes sounds similar to a hdd seeking whenever it's plugged in. I say that because it's most apparent whenever there's disk access but it even makes the sound when off and the charger is plugged in

Edit: Windows didn't want to reset normally, so I had to use a bootable usb. The noise is still there and now even when the laptop is off

I don't know why you guys are making a simple thing rocket science.
Lenovo's official website and their listing at Newegg for this particular model 21C6X01200 clearly mention this being FHD IPS Touch. eBay listings can be wrong and have been in the past as well, but the official website's listing is hardly wrong, if ever:

Just received mine. Lenovo warranty is expired, Windows 11 Pro, 1080p FHD display with touch, 512GB SSD, 16GB RAM, 1080p webcam. Looks pristine, came in Lenovo refurbished box with Lenovo 65 W USB-C adapter. Computer and adapter wrapped like new. Display is sharp but color not nearly as good as my Macbook Air M1, which was expected. AC adapter gets a bit warm, but computer works well so far. Excellent price for a pristine Thinkpad. How strong is the integrated graphics on this? In other words what would be the equivalent gpu performance?

I want to get this for my son for travel and would like to know what kind of light gaming would be possible.

Very mediocre at best. Rocket League, Dota 2, LOL at low while down stepping the resolution would result in playable framerates. It's suitable only for retro gaming - it's solidly a business notebook.

the link to the Lenovo site shows 256GB SSD, and this one has 512GB SSD. Lenovo makes tons of different flavors of each model like the L14 with different specs. The Newegg listing also shows 256GB in the specs, even though 512 is in the title.

Radeon Vega 7 integrated graphics on this chip will not handle anything but older and much less demanding games with an acceptable frame rate. 3D Mark Time Spy score should be expected to be just under 1,000 points, which is pretty weak. It will struggle to achieve even a bare minimum 30fps with lowest graphic settings on anything except for older games and maybe some less demanding esport titles.
