I don't understand how you can have 20w on one port, or a total of 15w across all three ports. Either way, that's a nonstarter for most devices these days. Each USB needs at least 20w unshared, and that doesn't even let modern phones charge at full capacity.
Decent deal. If you only have one USB-C device, 20 watts is decent enough. And if you have more than one device plugged in, then a total of 15 watts is not a big deal because you're probably doing overnight charging. For example, my Pixel 6 slow charges overnight using Google's charging block because slow charging over the long run is easier on the battery. During the daytime, if I plug it in, then it does a fast charge at the maximum wattage for the charging block.
This would probably be a good fit if your wall plug is some distance from your bed or your couch and you don't want to have to buy longer USB cords.
