This is literally the only toy that has lasted through all stages of our two kids and still gets active use. Like toddler to pre-teen. Plus they are really fun to build with as an adult.
Buy more sets than you think you need because you do not want to get 3/4th of the way through your build and find out you have no more of those longish triangle pieces lol.
And do not get off brands and mix and match, they will NOT line up properly or have weird polarity issues. Stick with one brand for all blocks.
