Lavender is toxic to cats so the scent may irritate them. Especially since litter is always a bit cloudy which means they would definitely be inhaling it.

crazy, that they would put lavender in a letterbox. fricken ruthless. imagine going to the bathroom, and having allergic reaction every time you go sit on toilet.

Enjoy the smell when you just fill up the litter box. Because once it gets used it will make you vomit. Unscented is the way to go

The 40lb boxes go on sale at Petco regularly for ~$15 with 10% off in-store pick up. Not just this, but all varieties of A&H litter.

I concur, but some people are Amazonoholics and will shop nowhere else, even price won't temp many of them.

Yup they can die from it they clean themselves after. Just seems most do not believe cause not on the news so must be fake or instead research it there minds make it up it's safe cause on sale. The people that buy this should not own a cat plain and simple. Cats hide there pains unless real severe by then many times can't come back from that or you can't afford the 20 to 50k to save them.

They sell to humans which like the scent of lavender, not to cats that shouldn't be around it. Same way with food and all of the shapes of dry kibble. They don't care if it is a star or a square, they just want the food, you stupid humans. No wonder they give us that look of disgust.
