AT&T & T-Mobile offer $1K value for iPhone 12 with their premium plans. Many are buying it for trading in with their carrier. Already got a 12 from Metro last deal, which was $50 more.
Keeping my current phones (13 and higher) as spares so I can trade these in instead for less.
Check out the unlock policy link I shared earlier.

But I don't even see the 13 listed
"Sorry, you are not eligible to add a new line. Please contact support to discover the reason for ineligibility. 1-888-8metro8"
Anyone else have this or know what the problem is?
EDIT: just tried again (a couple of hours later) and it worked. So added a 2nd line for $35.
Had to claim it on a different Google account that is regularly used. I waited an hour after I unlocked it and successfully placed the order at Metro.

I also tried chat...NOTHING
Best I could do is $30 credit for 2nd month ( i dont need it , i'm trading this) or return and reorder the cheaper deal but your number might be SOL
FVCK them
They track IP/email/CC and started enforcing it couple of days ago..read Metro threads for others dealing with same crap

I just needed a phone to use at home for photos and wifi only and this was cheaper than buying a used phone!
I didn't see anyone here mention it, but it was my first time using Google voice. I had to pay $3 to "unlock" the number. Did I really have to do that or would T-mobile payed the $3 fee?
