AT&T & T-Mobile offer $1K value for iPhone 12 with their premium plans. Many are buying it for trading in with their carrier. Already got a 12 from Metro last deal, which was $50 more.
Keeping my current phones (13 and higher) as spares so I can trade these in instead for less.

Question - on the order status page it says:
Transferring your number
We are ready to complete the transfer of your number.
Select 'Activate' below to complete the number transfer.
Clicking Activate will activate your new number with your new device.
Is there any reason why I shouldn't click activate now? If I were actually using the number I could see why I would want to wait for the phone to arrive before completing the transfer, but this is a burner number so that doesn't matter.
