How much do you expect for a non-carrier promotion for a 4-year old base model phone?

AT&T & T-Mobile offer $1K value for iPhone 12 with their premium plans. Many are buying it for trading in with their carrier. Already got a 12 from Metro last deal, which was $50 more.

Keeping my current phones (13 and higher) as spares so I can trade these in instead for less.

If you don't auto-pay or extend service, there is nothing to cancel. You just stop paying. Based on what I have read, device should auto unlock after 12 months from activation and continued service is not required.

How do you login to account says pin is incorrect and when I click forgot pin it doesn't do anything

NOT AT ALL..I thought so but no my address was good..Not sure why or how my phone was delivered 3 streets over. my house number is 6757 and once i realized the pic is not showing my house I started driving on every adjacent street looking for 6757 ..3rd street I've checked my phone was there..

The Account PIN is the one you picked during ordering, see attachment below. Then you also need to provide the 6-digit security code texted to the phone after you entered your Metro phone number and Account PIN.

Order and tracking number showed as "package damaged". Item returned to shipper.
Contact Metro and UPS and they refunded and asked me to re order. However it does not allow to order online anymore.

Ordered on Monday and delivered today. GV ported. activation took literally 1 minute. now have to wait an year for unlock Smilie

I also used GV for porting. I can make outgoing calls and text. But incoming calls and text are still going to my GV account. Have to call customer service to complete the port? It's been 4 days since activation.

Dont worry about it unless you are actually using their service. My gv # still not port over. Its been 3 weeks. I only want the phone. Not their service.

I ported my number from GV and activated the phone yesterday. I am able to make calls and receive texts but incoming calls are still going to google voice. any one had similar issue?

Is any one tried doing trade in metro iphone 12 for att costco offer, I just tried to do trade in called att customer service to get trade in shipping label but customer service person saying iphone should carrier unlocked to trade in. Is any have similar experience or is it fine to trade in metro carrier locked phone
