How much do you expect for a non-carrier promotion for a 4-year old base model phone?

AT&T & T-Mobile offer $1K value for iPhone 12 with their premium plans. Many are buying it for trading in with their carrier. Already got a 12 from Metro last deal, which was $50 more.

Keeping my current phones (13 and higher) as spares so I can trade these in instead for less.

If you don't auto-pay or extend service, there is nothing to cancel. You just stop paying. Based on what I have read, device should auto unlock after 12 months from activation and continued service is not required.

I placed order yesterday but still order not shipped yet. I ordered around 2 PM EST so should have been shipped on same day but still no update.
It's only me or not shipped to anyone ?

I am facing one big problem I activated my line back on Friday and the port went through and line got activated. However I see that the number is still present in my google voice account with option to delete. This is causing a problem for me, I am able to make a call from my new Total line, but not receive an phone call, infact the anyone calling my ported out number is still hitting google voice account.
Any idea what might have gone wrong? And what I need to do to get this corrected. Please advise.

mine did not ship yet. It's friday before noon, but maybe an influx of orders delaeyd it. my first order was also on a friday and did not ship out until monday.
No scans until tuesday as it went straight from fulfillment to UPS Louiville for sorting since 2 day air.

In my case they would only allow me to purchase one iPhone 12. Last year I ordered two iPhone 11's using the same name/email/address but that account would've long been deactivated. So it looks like they "remembered" me.

That said I remember the ToC used to say only 2 discounted devices per account in a 6 month period, in theory I should be good so who knows what the deal is.
