Have this as my main downstairs fridge. Iced droplets freeze on back wall of middle shelf area and anything close to it gets frozen. So keep veggies, fruits, milk, etc away from that area. Cheap plastic shelves and a useless crisp drawer that doesn't close completely. I had dents in mine and they gave $35 refund rather than hassle of returning. I did buy 3 yr warranty in case. For the size it's huge upgrade from previous 2.6 cu ft. mini fridge. I'd probably buy another one at this price level. anyone know what's the ideal fridge setting for this I usually have it between 3-4

This is the same one that's been FP at least 6 times at this same price for everyone and not just Walmart+ members. It went up to over $200 for a few months and then they bring the price back down for Walmart+ members on 10/8 and call it a deal to compete with Amazon's big deal days. shake head

No. In fact, while the freezer is plenty cold enough, you can't get the fridge below 40 F. I bought this when it was $249 for my garage and am kind of disappointed at the inability to control the fridge side. I used to keep my old one near freezing for ice cold beverages. Can't do that with this, but otherwise it's a decent little fridge.

All compact fridges are manual defrost. No room for the additional wiring, heaters, sensors, and controls. It's not that big of a deal on something of this size. I have the freezer and the fridge in this line up. Maybe every six months I do a quick deftost. Just don't leave the doors open by mistake.

Frost free is just something more to go wrong.

I got one of these last time it was on sale. It's been good and I have not had any problems with it, but when it arrived it had a huge dent and Walmart knew it, but wouldn't do anything about it.
