Thanks for the reply! Is there something you have to do or is it just in the monitor menu options or something like that? If it's just a matter of turning on some setting, I can live with that, but if it's more "yeah, technically it's g-sync, but it can't do most of the things" , that's another matter.
FYI. If that doesn't work, check the "adaptive sync" box, not G-sync. This monitor doesn't have a hardware G-sync module. But it's generically compatible with Freesync/G-Sync, aka Adaptive Sync. Freesync and G-Sync are AMD and NVidia trademarks.

Good for xbox series x or look for a 4k monitor?
That's up to you, you're not going to find a 4k gaming monitor at this price point.

Hello. I bought this monitor today to connect to my iPad Pro 3rd Generation 11". I was under the impression I would be able to directly connect the iPad to the monitor with my USB C cable. Unfortunately it didn't work fully. The iPad recognized the monitor in that it continued to charge as a pass through, but the monitor did not recognize the iPad. It kept saying no signal hdmi 1. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be most appreciated!Eta: I contacted both Apple and MSI and no one could help.
The USB is just for through charging. You can buy a USB-C to Display Port Cable and use that instead. Or a USB-C to HDMI cable

I bought this and I am quite disappointed and returned it.

the screen is washout compared to my old IPS Acer Predator XB271HU.

I bought this because I want to experience HDR as my old monitor doesn't have HDR, when I try to turn it on it has an error message like "HDR certification not found".

for those without a costco membership, I'd consider this monitor at the same price https://www.amazon.com/KTC-Adjust...0D13S2F9T/ (clip coupon for $160 price). I've done my homework and bought it last week and have been highly impressed.

27" 180Hz QHD (2560× 1440p) 1MS IPS with both G-Sync and Freesync but only 350 nits

Better yet just pay Costco membership, buy monitor and food, cancel membership, get refund.

Great monitor. Has a bit of yellow tint to it. Anyone know what settings can adjust it?

Picked one up, very bright picture, I was able to enable GSync easily. No need for color calibration IMO, used primarily for gaming and casual browsing.

If you download the official MSI drivers you will be able to enable HDR.
