Good deal. I wish I had a need for this but I already have the 16 inch Milwaukee and the 6 inch Ryobi chain saws. Definitely a good deal if you are in the 24v platform.

I'd imagine that person got a return that was re-sold as new. This doesn't contain a battery or charger, though, so that is definitely something that people should take note of.

For this price I bit although I am in the Ridgid 18V ecosystem. I really wanted to stay with Ridgid due to the lifetime warranty. Anyway, does anyone know good deals on Kobalt 24V battery and charger deals? Thanks.

I'm the same, Ridgid for me too, the LSA just makes sense. I only bit on this because I have a pair of 24v batteries inside in my kids power wheels I can borrow!
