In this case, Toshiba = Midea

I don't mean to imply anything about that. Midea seems to be turning out fairly good stuff for the past couple of years. But, I thought I would point it out if it maters to anyone.

Good deal!

I don't usually get the warranty but $6 for 2 years and $8 for 3 seemed worth it. I've used the allstate warranty before and didn't have any trouble.

Yes, this. Get the extra warranty for $8.

I bought a Cuisinart microwave ( also made by Midea) last year. The keypad started going bad after 10 months. Luckily it was still under warranty.

When it comes to microwaves, they Really don't make them like they used to.

My previous Panasonic was built in 2000 and lasted 23 years.

true, midea bought the toshiba appliances. just like haier bought GEs stuff.

midea makes that awesome quiet window AC that has been on sale for good buys the two years leading up to this year when they mostly went quiet.

few months ago i passed a store which had i think a frigidaire ac unit, it was exactly the same midea unit rebadged.

i was looking at levoit humidifers but i now see midea also (govee too) has north american products in this category too.

The toshiba microwave is a nice deal by walmart. im tempted to get it as a spare unit.

Power Level 10 means?

It only does power level = 10 or does it do the full range from 1 to 10?

Is 1.4 cuft large enough for a large plate and a plastic cover over the food?

1.4 is very big IMO for a microwave. It will definitely fit a large plate. It's like a 12+ inch carousel.

Avoid this model. It has design flaws such as flickering LED light, confused logic probably due to badly designed finite state machine.
