I do not recommend Samsung appliances such as refrigerators or dishwashers. I bought a refrigerator for $3,500, and it broke down after five years. When I contacted their service center, they sent a third-party technician, charged a service fee, and informed me that the repair would cost around $1,500. When I asked if they could send me the parts, pointing out that the refrigerator was supposed to have a 10-year warranty, they refused and said they could only provide parts through their partner company. In the past, the Xbox 360 had significant issues with its CD-ROM drive, where the disc tray would randomly eject or get stuck. Interestingly, the Hitachi drives didn't have this problem, but the Samsung drives were the problematic ones. Even later, the built-in drives in laptops still had similar issues that weren't resolved. Samsung tends to outsource everything, and from my experience, I cannot recommend their products except for memory chips. When discussing Samsung appliances with friends, I heard similar stories: a dishwasher breaking down after just a year, and a QLED TV malfunctioning after three years of use. These weren't isolated incidents, and the real issue was the poor service that followed. Once again, I strongly do not recommend Samsung appliances.
