This is a good set for someone who is already excercising. If you want to start you are better off doing all of the excesises without this set and ONCE you get into a routine and continue excersising then consider getting this. Otherwise having it not being used and collecting dust will only add to mental anguish that you need to use them. Just my 2 cents.
