Thought a lot to find reasons why a gigabit managed network is not good enough, but can't find any..

What do you find as real use cases needing this??

I meant, I haven't found a good reason to get over 1Gbit for the network..

Somehow the 10% off (SOXRCN0M9NWG) does not work me. With $10 coupon. it is still $59.

I have 2 of them cant get the sfp ports to talk, anyone know what I am doing wrong, I used different cables, they are connected to the same port, and I even tried the other port sfp will not transmit data, I tried using them as a receiver, transceiver

I bought this switch several months back. It does work nicely with devices that can negotiate 2.5gb and with the 10gb SFP+ ports…

HOWEVER

I've had a heck of time with some devices on the copper ports. Specifically, the UniFi Cloud Gateway Max has massive autonegotiation problems on copper, to the point that it constantly loses connection and negotiates to 100Mbps.
The raspberry pie also has massive problems connecting to the copper Ethernet ports, to the point where it simply failed to connect.
After several months with this device I give it 5/5 for price but 1/5 for reliability. Until they fix the copper Ethernet ports autonegotiation issues I would certainly recommend avoiding this device.
