It says it excludes lines on the Tracfone family of brands which I think Visible is. But the line is on Metro now.
Don't buy a number from Numberbarn. Just wasted $7 on a number that Total says can't be used.
Also it will unlock in 60 days right (OP has a mention of 30 days so I'm a bit confused)?

Edit: now it's trying to charge $179 for the phone with the mentioned instructions. All these walmart carriers are owned by tracfone and that's a terrible company from my dealings with them.

Edit- talked with Total. The ip13 is $360 but they will credit you back $15 service discounts each month for 12 months bringing the cost down to "like paying $180" for the phone. Scammy.
