I believe the loofah is double sided, not that you get 2 of them making this the better deal if you have W+ and the $2 cash back offer.
I looked at the Safeway deal to try and reproduce and the best I can come up with is $6.98 + $3.95 even on store pickup if under $75. I guess if you just go in and buy them still they'd be $3.49 ea which would make it .99 more than buying 2 from Walmart if you have W+

Walmart is one for $4.97 ($5.22 where I live) for one with $2 Walmart cash.
The reason the Safeway deal works is they are taking off the $2 twice instead on once unless they fixed it.
Dang thats rough that your location has it at $7.99 each. bummer YMMV
