Aqua slides are made for travel to and from the beach, pool or whatever else water activity. They are not great for all day use. They are stiff and more rigid than regular slides. But "most" models of slides are porous and retain moisture, where these do not at all.

WTF? Not trying to bash but your observation is too damn hippie. I think if you invest your time in cleaning up a beach, for example, you might have a more positive impact. JS

These are not great slides. I have them. They are not flat so your foot will not fit well if it is wider. The sizing is also not standard adidas sizing. You should size up one size if you want these.

I bought over 10 pairs, different colors and sizes, and 2 people complained they trip wearing these. Could be user error, could be some manufacturing issue perhaps uneven or oddly shaped sole or some other reason, but they are OK for me. They are just for backyard, garage kinda use.

I might start wrapping my feet in palm leaves and corn husk, though, after reading comments here.. Might decide to wear Japanese bath tokyos to office to save the earth.

Amazing slides! Fit like the proverbial glove. Soft, light and comfy. Should last a few summers. I've had a pair that lasted a long time. I bought a few pairs for myself and family members. Everyone loves them!

Self-appointed, self-loathing product/health/authenticity/environment police are just bitter deal-crappers cloaked in virtue phonier than a $4 hairpiece. As you allude, they show up here with endless grievances, no evidence and zero solutions. They're why the vast majority of the deals posted now come directly from SD staff/dealhunters, who at least get rewarded for providing a valuable service only to be greeted time and again by these one-person lynch mobs.
