I hope you have a better experience with the glitches. It's a been awhile now but I remember that I was having issues with enemies being inside of the floor, ammo and such dropping through the floor, and it eventually kept me from being able to advance. I remember even reloading saves thinking it would fix the glitches but it didn't. This was on the Series X version of the game.
