It has been 5 days since I "redeemed" the Starbucks offer. I finally called Starbucks and was told I have to wait till the promotion is over (after Monday?) and call back again to claim 100 stars. Is it the standard reply everyone is getting?

Still cannot log into my Starbucks accts in the app but website works fine. Anyone have a solution lol.

Attempting to log in with correct password gives "we're sorry. We are unable to log you in. Please try again."

Purposely putting in wrong password gives "system error occured. Please try again later."

Just a couple of things to try:

1) be sure to be fully logged out of one device (website), before logging into another device (app).

2) fully delete the app, and reinstall. This deletes all associated data, and starts anew.

I got that very reply on chat, but it frustrated me so much, asking me to call twice to fix their problem, that I called in right after and they applied the 100 immediately. Probably a matter of getting the right rep. But, they're getting lots of calls, so they're making it harder.

I still can't log in on app lol

I had initially been told to wait 24hrs, and the stars would post. They said if it did not, to call back again and they could manually apply the points. The stars did not post, so I called again. The 2nd time I called in, they manually applied the 100 stars.

Thank you for the confirmation. After having had a not so helpful rep, I tried to talk to someone else and I was able to convince him to apply 100 starts to my account within 24 hours as one time courtesy ( I do not like the expression to be used when I am not at fault). There is no point of calling again after the promo is over while the promo will be ended in 24 hours anyways.

I got 100 stars right after I talked to the 2nd rep even though I was told they would be available in 24 hours. Glad I got what I should be getting anyways but Starbucks rep made it sound they are doing a favor while the problem originated from them.

FYI, this may be targeted but I received 100 bonus stars via reloading my card for $30 with Apply Pay. Stars were added to my account within minutes after reloading. Check the emails linked to your starbucks accounts. Definitely a bonus if you were already planning to reload your card anyways - just need to reload using Apple Pay.
