My company was blackmailed

We did some water damage repairs and felt we had completed the project satisfactorily, until the customer left a poor review on Google and notified the Better Business Bureau. I kind of blew them off on Google because who cares about Google reviews? We re-did some of the work and the customer still had issues. The customer said they would alter their Google review if we issued a partial refund. That seemed unethical, but I decided to refund them in full. I only did this because the customer is hot drool

They modified the review to 5 stars. All these refunds I've had to issue just to get good reviews is getting expensive.

I kind of wish they had just chose the "Arson" option. At least there is insurance for that.
