Have 300 plan.. offer not available on the page. Do not feel like playing the dance with the plan change, checkout, swap, etc. Have done shit like this before with Verizon and ended up in a shitty spot.
Customer service claims offer only available for gigabit customers. Told them my friend who has 300, recently received this offer.
Customer service came back and says offer not available in my location.. will be soon... will be notified when it is. Not holding my breath.
I contacted customer service to inquire about a loyalty discount, as I've been using Verizon Fios for over 7 years since it became available in my area. The agent refused to apply the discount, stating that I already have the best price with the Gig plan. They mentioned that the old plan didn't include whole-home Wi-Fi or other benefits. It seems they aren't focused on improving customer service, unfortunately.

Ok so i figured out how it works for people that cant see the offer.
Go select the same plan that you have
It will be greyed out because its the same plan
So add a perk, i did youtube premium, and itll let you continue
Then when you get to your cart, you should see youtube premium, and the loyalty discount
From here, edit out the perk
And your bill should be 10 lower.
Thanks, I tried to repeat your steps in the app, but it brought me to the website again, then showed me a $10 loyalty discount for 12 months. $62.99 for the Gig plan isn't bad. I filed a complaint with them because the $65 special bonus discount, which was not supposed to expire, was reduced to $55 for no reason. I hope they will fix it soon, so maybe I'll get $52.99 for the next 12 months of Gig service.

I wish I had read your comment before I applied this, mobile + Home discount and loyalty dropped off and now my mobile bill is 35$ higher. CS keeps pushing me from mobile to fios and back to mobile. No one knows who can reapply mobile + home, not even their supervisor.

The promotion has to be currently active for them to add it. Maybe you can ask them to dis-link your accounts and then link them again?
has anyone read the new terms and conditions before getting the discount?. I read it when I first signed up but i don't know if i previously agreed to:
1) non binding arbitration with an arbitrator of Verizon choice (IE they will always win)
2) disputing the issue 60 days in advance in writing to go to arbitration
3) sale of my internet data (assuming where we go online and when)
4) cancellation of service can only be done 30-60 days (no less no more) before the actual date AND can only be done in writing or electronically (so if their online cancellation "isn't working" and they don't provide you with an email address you may end up paying an extra month and a stamp to send it in the mail)
5) I could have missed other things, my eyes started to glaze over in Section 16
I had the offer, applied it to my account on 9/25, got the checkout web page showing the new price. but just received the new bill, nothing changed. Anyone else?
