So this service is worth about $60 a month. Subtract that from the $155+/mo this will cost you (including taxes and fees) and you're paying $95/mo to get the phones. Over 36 mo that's $3420 for the 4 iPhones. savings versus retail, sure, but nothing amazing. Plus you're locked into the device payment garbage rules and need to pay big money if a phone gets broken, if you leave early, etc.
