Solid deal. I picked this up from Target 11 days ago with another and this was $38.49 before the 5% discount. At the time, BBY had the same price.

We are not great players and Hail Caesar has been pretty fun for my beginner fiancee.

Only the "Starter Kit" items have MtG Arena codes. So far none of the Commander decks have come with anything of the like.

More of this sets precons sold than ever before according to wizards. That may be the collector booster sample pack included or just the height of popularity the Fallout franchise has with the TV show.
