The one nice new feature is simultaneous device connectivity. Great for working from home.
The software for the Nova's is beyond horrible, though…
The device drivers crash regularly (Win11) so I lose sound and have to restart the Steelseries software.
Possibly related, but there are times when it loses track of the device you've set for audio.
Not fun when sound unexpectedly blasts out of your speakers, disturbing everyone around you. Better hope what you're listening to isn't embarrassing.
Never had any of these problems with the Arctis 7's (non-Nova).

The quality of the headset itself feels nice enough but the software/actual functioning of the headset could use some work.
Come to find out that if I had Fast Boot enabled, every restart would cause the GG software to no longer recognize the dongle require me to manually unplug the dongle and reconnect to "restart" the driver. After I disabled fast boot, I went ahead and removed the drivers and GG from Windows, restarted and re-installed everything and has been working flawlessly ever since
