The customer reviews for the headset seem bad...
Samsung only eliminated the jack on their flagship models. Their budget phones still have jacks.

Can these be used for cell phone headphones in the headphone jack without buying an adapter?

Keep in mind we're talking about this specific headset and by the looks of those aux plugs there's no way you're getting that to fit into a cell phone headphone jack without an adapter which goes back to what I was saying this would have to have Bluetooth and be wireless because 99% of all decent headsets have very large aux plugs.
Keep in mind we're talking about decent headsets not the five below headsets that cost $5 and have a regular headphone jack yet somehow don't ever work right.

Most Android phones still have wired headphone jacks. iPhones did away with them for cOnVeNiEnCe (lack of options is convenient 🤣). Now if this will work on an Android phone, with no adapter, is an entirely different conversation. With a $1 adapter from Temu or the Dollar Store and this should work fine as most phones have a 2.5mm plug yet most PCs / consoles have 3.5mm plug, same basic layout, just a smaller connector.

Okay Mr 18 how so prove me wrong. Show me that this thing would work on a cell phone.
Presumably, they are talking about the ThrustMaster T-Assault, not the other one. And the way it would be used with a cell phone is by plugging it in. Unlike the other model, it appears to have a 3.5 jack.

His question was without an adapter and this requires an adapter.

And if he's an iPhone user? See what happens when you assume.
